Advantages

It is mainly composed of frame, cold pressing plates, hydraulic system, water cooling system and electrical control system. Each station working pressure is provided by one diameter 200mm oil cylinder. The up and down of oil cylinders are driven separately by two sets of hydraulic pumps, to make sure that the working pressure and speed of each station can be kept well, the up of oil cylinder and pressure increasing are driven by two linked high-low oil cylinders, this can fully meet the demands of speed up and pressure increasing. Water cooling pipes are separately connected into each station pressing plate in parallel, then the the moulds can be cooled quickly and effectively.

You can change automatic or manual working mode in electrical control box, also can set the pressure time and pressure holding time according to different technological requirements.

This cold press can be made with 2 station, 4 station and 6 station, other different models also can be designed according to customers' request.
