4,The oven of this production line coordinate with working procedures and its position can be adjusted as required.

Vamps and soles are directly irradiated by infrared and penetrated ray, making the length of the drier greatly shortened.

8,Conveyor belt system:

The speed of conveyor can be adjusted to 0-1.3m/min, vamps and soles are conveyed synchronously. It adopts patented and adjustable lasting frame, which is suitable for different types of shoes. The length of the production line can be designed as required. And there is an extra fast conveyor to directly deliver the sole-pasted shoes to make the adhesion more effectively.
