1. This machine is suitable for gluing human plane on materials such as shoes, leather, stationery, bags, cardboard sports equipment and so on.

2. The upper wheel frame of this machine can float up and down and can be adjusted. For uneven, soft, hard, thick, thin and other materials, it can be used for stepless variable speed and speed regulation for gluing. The temperature of the roller and the glue tank is controlled separately. Start the device in case of failure.

Operating Instructions:

1. Use 220V50H single-phase power supply.

2. An effective ground wire must be connected to avoid the danger of contact.

3. After turning on the machine, check whether there is any abnormality in the machine. After warming up for 20 minutes, start the motor and adjust the motor speed.

4. The temperature of the roller and the rubber tank is controlled independently. Generally, it is recommended to adjust the temperature of the rubber tank (150-170) and the roller (130-170) depending on the situation.

5. Turn off the motor when the machine is not working. Warm to 120 degrees or off.

6. Kerosene or white mineral oil should be used when cleaning and maintaining the machine.

7. Be sure to pay attention to safety when using the machine, and please press the emergency stop switch immediately in case of danger.
