The twin-shaft conical screw extruder is mainly composed of two conical screws and two rollers. Usually installed at the downstream of a pressurized internal mixer or a sealed high-speed mixer (falling 10,000 horsepower), the mass of rubber compound after mixing through the internal mixer or 10,000 horsepower passes through the two cones of the extruder The screw is continuously extruded to the drum and continuously calendered according to the set speed. The structure of the main machine is made from cast steel. The plunger is made from chilled cast iron with surface hardness, HR-70. the product has the superiority of less temperaturedifference, reliable insulation, and automatic pressure compensation during vulcanizing.
High Efficiency: adopted specific steel pipe to make heating-plate, large thermal conductive area, rapidly heating and cooling and its efficiency is 20% higher than the same kinds of products.
Material Saving: after grinding the shape-bored steel plate, which is smooth an polished, and 30% of mould release agent can be saved.
Steam Saving: the machine uses thermal keeping design and a thermal isolation cover is formed around the machine set, thus 20% of steam can be saved.
