EVA small foam forming machine

1.machine frame: use Q235A steel, whole machine body mechanical grinding derusted, painted and welded.

2.hydraulic cylinder: use ZG270-500 steel for the cylinder, high-density alloy cold cast iron for the piston, and useYX type sealing ring for the piston.

3.movable decking and top rail: use Q235 steel, welding segregate type structure. There is connecting trough for each part, Every part could be connected when installing.

4.Hot plate: high strength steel, double side treaded, 100mm thickness, surface roughness ≤1.6. There is 16 sets of temperature measuring systems for each hot plate, equipped with temperature alarm function. Adopt double bolt connection for movable deck and hot plate. Equiped with a manual adjust system for every heating area, so that to control the hot plate.
